The twenty-first French Taste Week.

From 11th to 17th, October, The French Taste Week celebrates this year « La Poule au Pot» (Chicken in the pot) recipe for the four hundredth anniversary of the King Henri IV’s death.

It was Henry IV’s ambition to create such a wealthy nation that every family in the land would be able to afford this dish every Sunday.

This year, festivities will begin by Henri IV dinner where 500 guests will enjoy at Louvre Museum « La Poule au Pot » (Chicken in the pot).
