This prize was particularly appreciated by Pascal Philibert (the Director of Philibert savours) as it highlighted both the creativity and the expertise of the company. The black olive fl avour comes from the olive cake which is left after the olives have been pressed, guaranteeing a rich tasting bread, low in oil, and rich in natural nutrient additives.
Phil Olive-Romarin is used in the manufacture of several different breads, puff pastry products and canapé breads. It gives out a wonderful and incomparable taste of black olive with a subtle touch of rosemary.
